Not all roads are easy or beautiful...

Your circumstances might not be your fault, but they are your responsibility to change if you want a new story.

For 15 years I helped people as a body worker. It was my purpose to fix people's pain. Until I got to a point where I forgot to take care of my own pain. Years of not dealing with my own grief and trauma led me down a path of numbing out to addictions and poor habits.

 

I would go through shame spirals eating my emotions, then over exercise and hate myself later. I looked good on the outside but felt horrible on the inside. My sleep was poor, I had no energy, I stayed in miserable relationships, had no clarity and no focus. I was stuck in a vicious spiral of getting through one day to the next. 

 

Until one day I hit a wall and things needed to change. 

So I reached out for support and got help. Over the next few years I went through a transformation to stop drinking, tobacco and shame eating. I saw energy healers, hypnotherapists, learned yoga, and went through the WILDFIT program that gave me complete freedom around food.

 

WILDFIT taught me to be conscious of why I ate what I ate. I'm not running on autopilot anymore, I am in control of what I do and have my power back! I am healthy, happy, vibrant and couldn't be happier than to share my journey and all that I have learned with the world.
